Bank Holiday monday and the second of my birthday celebrations with friends. Had to get up early at 7 to put the Pork in the oven seen here looking fabulous in all its glory and then spent the morning cooking before the guests arrived. Food and company was awesome had a lovely afternoon and went down the Paget for a few beers before spending the night out at Wild. The guys bought me a Guinness rugby top which is awesome and a perfect fit another incredible day with my awesome friends.
Its amazing how far the night progressed from the picture shown. Although that picture is great and shows off how great the crackling was. I just want to eat it all over again. Once again superb cooking mate, Thanks and enjoy the ruby top hope you took a photo of yourself in it.
